Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 19-September-2025

Introduction

Welcome to Paul Water. These Terms & Conditions explain the terms that govern your use of our website and the purchase, installation, and maintenance of our commercial and industrial water purification systems. By accessing our site or purchasing our products or services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Our objective is clarity: we want you to understand your rights, responsibilities, and the scope of any warranty or service commitment when you choose Paul Water.

Use of Products & Services

Paul Water systems are built for commercial, industrial, and institutional applications. Please ensure the following:

  • You provide accurate and complete information when placing orders or requesting services.
  • Products are used only for their intended purpose. Unauthorized resale, modification, or tampering may void warranties and service agreements.
  • Any customer-supplied site conditions, specifications or water characteristics must be disclosed to our sales or technical team prior to installation.

Service & Maintenance

All installations, repairs and scheduled maintenance must be performed by Paul Water authorised technicians unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers are responsible for following the recommended maintenance schedule provided at installation to maintain optimum performance.

Paul Water is not responsible for defects, damage or reduced performance caused by third-party servicing, misuse, neglect, or modifications performed without our prior authorization.

Warranty Coverage

We provide a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in our water purification systems. The warranty period and exact terms vary by product and are specified in the product documentation or purchase agreement.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Improper installation or commissioning not performed by an authorised Paul Water technician;
  • Repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorised third parties;
  • Damage resulting from external water supply conditions, environmental factors, misuse, neglect, or force majeure events such as natural disasters.

All warranty claims are subject to inspection. If a claim is valid, Paul Water will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective component or product in accordance with the warranty terms.

Limitation of Liability

Paul Water takes care to design and deliver reliable water purification solutions. However, we cannot accept liability for losses or damages outside our control. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Interruption of services due to third-party supply lines or utility failures;
  • Indirect, special or consequential losses such as business downtime or lost profits;
  • Costs incurred to remediate issues caused by pre-existing site conditions not disclosed to Paul Water.

Where applicable law does not permit limitation or exclusion of liability, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.

Compliance & Regulations

Paul Water products are designed to meet relevant national and international water quality standards. It remains the customer’s responsibility to ensure local regulations, health codes, permits, and approvals required for installation and operation of water purification systems are obtained prior to commissioning.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Punjab, India, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
